The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) nursing is four year degree course. The course intends to provide in-depth theoretical & clinical knowledge in reputed hospitals with latest technology to unable the students to work skillfully. On successful completion of the course, nurse can be placed in Govt. Hospitals, Private Hospitals, and NGO & can undertake further education in nursing like M.Sc. (Nursing) M.Phil & PhD in Specialties & can serve abroad also.
The Candidate should have passed 12th Standard (10+2) Examination from the RBSE/CBSE or other recognized Board, consisting of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and has obtained marks not less than 50% in these subjects (45% for SC/ST candidates).
Age should not be less than 17 years on 31st Dec of admission year.
Maximum age for male is 25 years and for female is 28 years.
B.Sc. Nursing – 30 seats / Year
GNM Nursing Course is three and a half years of diploma course that includes 6 months hardworking internship in any good organization. After successful completion of the GNM course, the student will be tilted as 'Nurse'. One may register him/herself with state nurse registered council. It is a course that prepares students to develop their skills in nursing care and able to assist Drs in all types of illness & medical cases.
The candidate should have passed 12th Standard (10+2) Examination from the RBSE/ CBSE or other recognized Board in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science)
Age should not be less than 17 years on 31st Dec of admission year.
Maximum age for male is 28 years and for female is 34 years.
GNM – 60 seats / Year
